If you have already successfully completed either the  Advanced Certificate in Global Securities Operations or the Advanced Certificate in Operational Risk you will only need to pass the Global Operational Management exam to complete the qualification.

Please note, candidates who have passed the Level 3 Operational Risk and the retired Advanced Operational Risk will be able to take Global Operations Management and gain the Level 6 Diploma in Investment Operations.

The CISI Investment Advice Diploma award is achieved by passing:

  • Advanced Certificate in Global Securities Operations
  • Global Securities Operations
  • and Advanced Global Securities Operations
  • or Level 3 Operational Risk
  • and Level 4 Managing Operational Risk in Financial Institutions
  • + Global Operations Management

Studying for the CISI Investment Advice Diploma/Diploma in Investment Operations:

  • Advanced Certificate in Global Securities Operations 180 hours
  • Operational Risk and Managing Operational Risk in Financial Institutions 220 hours
  • Global Operations Management 200 hours
