CISI Capital Markets and Corporate Finance professional qualifications look to provide delegates with specialist knowledge and expertise that helps them to build a strong career in a chosen technical discipline whether it be securities, derivatives, financial derivatives, corporate finance transactions, financial markets, bonds and fixed interest markets or fund management
The Capital Markets Programme is a wide-ranging group of exams designed to meet the requirements of individuals working in the securities and derivatives markets within the UK and internationally. The programme offers you flexibility, as you can choose from a selection of units covering Securities, Derivatives and Financial Derivatives. The CISI developed the Programme with representatives from leading global financial services firms, both capital markets / wholesale and retail and with input from AFME, APCIMS, AIC, FOA and accredited training providers to meet the needs of the changing industry.
Who should study the Programme? It is suitable for practitioners advising and/or dealing in securities and/or derivatives. No previous qualifications are required.
Sometimes it’s not possible to attend a sit-down classroom course in London or take time out of work or studies but you may still need to learn new skills and practices to improve your financial markets education and working skills. TTC offers a substantial remote learning service whereby we allocate time and resources to teach you about financial markets and trading wherever you may be. Geared initially more towards new-entry market practitioners who needed to understand the markets better and those who are struggling with their trading, TTC’s mentoring service now extends to other things like finance industry career advice, undergraduate and postgraduate economics and finance coursework help and document preparation. We still provide our trading mentorship programmes but the demand for other services is high.Remote mentoring is now more about offering a surgery for those that need help in any aspect of financial markets, trading, career steps and related study work. Working in line with our ‘Knowledge Bites’ service, TTC is broadening its scope for offering high-quality mentoring and informational services to clients.
