TAUGHT PROGRAMMES:
We support firms of all sizes within Financial Services in recruitment, induction and the skill development of an employer’s workforce. We have a suite of products and services, (including regulatory online modules, soft skill face-to-face workshops, accreditations and electronic surveys) that help employers run their business more effectively. We act as a quality standard and catalyst, paving the way for firms to access our approved training providers. We also co-ordinate major, national projects helping people to manage their money more effectively.
Since 2010 the National Skills Academy has offered a wide selection of online learning aimed at helping employers and employees demonstrate their understanding of the regulatory requirements for our sector. In 2015 we are pleased to make available to our clients a comprehensive range of taught programmes offered on a face-to-face and blended learning basis. ONLINE TRAINING:
We recognise that e-Learning and online learning applications offer our employers consistency, flexibility and accessibility – providing remote access to learning when and where they want it.
