Job Description:

My client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Managed Accounts Specialist to join there Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, experience in managed accounts, and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:

    • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their financial goals are met.
    • Conduct regular reviews and updates of client portfolios, adjusting strategies as needed to align with changing market conditions and client objectives.
    • Provide timely and accurate reporting on portfolio performance, fees, and investment strategy changes.
  • Portfolio Management:

    • Collaborate with investment managers and advisors to design and implement personalized investment strategies.
    • Monitor portfolio allocations and investment performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize returns.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all portfolio management activities.
  • Communication:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their managed accounts.
    • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on their portfolio performance and strategic recommendations.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding and account maintenance processes.
  • Business Development:

    • Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and expand the scope of managed account services.
    • Support the development of marketing strategies and materials to promote managed accounts services.
    • Participate in client prospecting efforts and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Skills:

  • Client-centric approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • The ability to close deals over the phone.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Experience loading deals.
