Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Broker to join our growing London-based sales team specialising in EIS (Enterprise Investment Scheme) investment opportunities.
This is a high-performance telesales role focused on handling qualified inbound leads, building investor relationships, and closing investment deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record selling alternative investment products and consistently achieving high revenue targets in a regulated sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and qualify inbound investor leads
- Present and sell EIS investment opportunities over the phone
- Build strong relationships with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
- Explain investment products clearly, professionally, and compliantly
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to close
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Stay up to date with market trends and alternative investment products
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years’ experience selling alternative investment products over the phone
- Proven track record in telesales and closing high-value investment deals
- Experience selling EIS, SEIS, property investments, private equity, bonds, or similar alternative investments preferred
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional
- Experience working with inbound leads essential
