Job Description:

We are looking for hard-working, tenacious and ambitious individuals to supplement and fuel growth. The right candidates will be comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment and will thrive in a meritocracy. Ocean Forex, through our strategically selected partnership, offer the best payments and FX products the industry has to offer, meaning you will be well equipped to source new business and hit your targets.
The role, as a junior, will include:
  • Identify new opportunities within the European, UK and global FX markets
  • Lead sourcing
  • Cold/warm call prospective clients
  • Build rapport with prospects 
  • Obtain a predetermined number of leads, registrations and subsequently new clients each month
  • Keep up to date with current affairs and important economic news and data
  • Learn to manage your time effectively
  • Identify corporate finance opportunities 
 
Advancing to a Senior broker will mean that the above becomes a smaller part of your role as your time is focused on managing your own portfolio of clients and eventually growing and managing your own team. This advancement will depend on your results and could be achieved in Year 1, your salary will subsequently increase by a minimum of 40%.

  • Strong influence & persuasion skills
  • Resilience and tenacity 
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Fluency in a European language preferred
