Junior-Broker.com is a site operated by PGS Ltd. ("We"); we are a Company registered in England and Wales under registration number 10895375. PGS Ltd., must receive all requests for refunds or replacements and adjustments to info@junior-broker.com or in writing to our address below, within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. If the refund request is received within 7 days of the purchase date, and the customer has not used their account on Junior-Broker.com to access the site in this period, or hasn’t used services purchased in this period, the customer shall be granted a full refund.

All sales on Junior-Broker.com for Job / Course postings and CV / Resume Database Search options are final after a Job / Course has been posted for 24 hours, or the CV / Resume Database has been searched. There are no refunds after such actions by the customer. Job / Course postings and CV / Resume database searches are not products that can be returned. Sales relating to candidate membership plans will be considered for a full refund within the first 7 days of activation. After this period a full refund will not be applicable, although partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of PGS Ltd. Requests for refunds should be made to info@junior-broker.com, or in writing to our address below.

Refunds, replacements and adjustments will be considered be considered for technical problems on Junior-Broker.com servers resulting in the customer not being able to view the site for a continuous period of not less than 4 hours. PGS Ltd., must receive notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem within 7 calendar days, before a refund, replacement or adjustment will be considered.

In the event that the PGS Ltd., removes a Job / Course or CV / Resume posting from Junior-Broker.com, which it believes to be either fraudulent, libelous or breaching our terms and conditions, (but is not limited to this instance), PGS Ltd., reserves the right to refuse a refund.
