Description
Build a global career in wealth management from one of the world’s most liveable cities.
We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our Auckland office as a Business Development Associate. This is a rare opportunity to receive world-class training, fast-track your career, and work alongside some of the best advisers in the industry.
If you’re open to relocating, hungry to succeed, and serious about building a long-term career in wealth management, we’ll invest in you and train you from the ground up.
About deVere New Zealand
deVere Group is a world-leading financial advisory organisation with over 100,000 clients across 100+ countries and more than $14 billion under advice and administration. We pride ourselves on developing talent and creating genuine international career pathways.
Our bespoke training programme is designed for high-potential individuals who may be new to financial services, equipping you with the skills, experience, and internationally recognised qualifications needed to progress into a fully qualified Financial Adviser.
During your training, you’ll gain exposure to all areas of wealth advisory, working closely with senior advisers and engaging with clients across New Zealand. At a time when people are more focused than ever on saving, investing, and protecting their future, your role will be central to that conversation.
The Role
We’re seeking an energetic, highly organised, and commercially minded individual to work directly with our Area Managers and Senior Advisers in Auckland.
In return for your drive and commitment, you’ll receive hands-on mentoring, real responsibility, and clear progression opportunities. Consistent high performers will be supported and trained to move into advisory roles themselves, opening the door to a long-term consulting career within deVere.
This is a fast-paced, varied, and highly rewarding position for someone with initiative, confidence, and “street smarts.” You’ll work closely with your consultant every day, helping grow the client base, win new business, and share in the team’s success.
