Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Trainee Broker to join our dynamic sales team London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by identifying customer needs, providing detailed information about our products/services, and closing deals. If you enjoy speaking with people and are motivated by achieving targets, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers, introducing them to our products/services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, understanding their needs, and determining the right product solutions.
  • Sales: Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling company products/services over the phone.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Handling Objections: Address customer queries and overcome objections, aiming to close sales efficiently.
  • CRM Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Follow-Up: Follow up on leads, previously engaged customers, and past sales to maximize conversion.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in a telesales, inside sales, or similar sales role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
  • Sales Ability: Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and keep pushing towards achieving sales goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Motivation: Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly, address customer concerns, and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
