Trainee Art Consultant

We’re Hiring – Art Consultants at Fractional Gallery! 

Fractional Gallery is a cutting-edge art investment firm with a commercially driven approach, redefining how collectors engage with high-value art. We specialise in high-ticket sales, offering exceptional pieces for private collectors, luxury residences, and UHNW clients worldwide.

Our team operates at the forefront of the art market, delivering a bespoke experience that blends exclusivity, prestige, and investment value. In addition to serving private clients, we collaborate with luxury hospitality venues and five-star hotels, curating collections that elevate high-end spaces.

As we expand, we’re looking for Trainee Art Consultants at all levels to join our teams in London Central at two locations, Chiswick and  Bishop’s Stortford (you will have to drive for Bishop’s Stortford)

We’re seeking talented professionals with experience in luxury sales, high-ticket transactions, and working with UHNW clients. If you have a passion for fine art, sales, and building relationships with elite collectors, this is an incredible opportunity to join a fast-growing, high-performance team.

ABOUT YOU

• You must have sales experience and be outgoing 
• You must have a passion for art and investments
• English must be your first language
• Willing to learn
• Be able to speak to clients on the phone and in person and on Zoom

WHAT WE OFFER 

• Lucrative uncapped commissions OTE £100k 
• Basic salary up to £24k PA
• Potential for growth within the company
• Working hours 10am to 18.30 and finish at 15.00 on a Friday
• In and out bound leads

THE ROLE

• You will start with cold calling inbound leads and be expected to make over 200 calls per day
• You will get full on going training 
• Attend events with investors, collectors and artists

This is not a role for someone that is purely passionate about art, this is a sales role where you will be selling art to clients over the phone. It is very rewarding for the right minded person
