Fractional Gallery is a fast-growing art investment business moving into its 4th year operating across fractional ownership, outright acquisitions, blue chip secondary market sales, and emerging artist development.
In 2026, the company is:
- Launching two major emerging artists
- Expanding its blue-chip trading operation
- Art Rental for investor showing exclusive returns
- Partnerships with leading hotels, restaurants, private clubs and golf clubs
- Launching its own auction platform
- Scaling marketing significantly, currently reaching 2 to 3 million people per month, projected to double in Q1 2026
The business controls the full investment journey, from client acquisition to exit, and operates a turnkey model across acquisition, portfolio building, and resale.

The Role
We are looking for experienced, phone-based closers to handle warm and inbound leads generated by in-house marketing campaigns and partners.
This is a high-activity, high-volume closing role focused on:
- Converting qualified inbound and warm leads
- Running structured, consultative sales conversations with investors and collectors
- Closing fractional and outright art investment transactions
- Building and managing a repeat client book
- Opening trade commission up to 15% and commissions on all repeat business.
This is not an entry-level sales role. We are specifically looking for candidates who are already proven closers in phone-based or high-ticket sales environments.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Proven experience closing deals over the phone or in a high-ticket sales environment
- Comfortable in high call volume, performance driven environments
- Resilient, thick-skinned, and consistent under pressure
- Confident communicator with clear, fluent English
Desirable background:
- Financial services, investments, property, timeshare, crypto, alternative assets, or high-value B2C sales
- Used to working with leads rather than pure cold data
- Motivated by commission, performance metrics, and progression
Art experience is not required. Product and market training will be provided. Sales ability and mindset are the priority.
Responsibilities
- Calling warm and inbound leads generated by marketing
- Running structured sales calls and needs analysis
- Qualifying prospects and moving them through the pipeline
- Closing deals and managing follow-up
- Building a long-term client base of repeat investors
Package
- Monday to Friday
- Basic salary plus uncapped commission and performance bonuses (dependent on experience) £100k plus is archivable for the right mindset
- Full training on products, market, and sales process
- Clear progression path to Senior Closer, Team Leader, and Management
