My client is seeking dynamic Senior Wine & Whisky Broker to join there prestigious team. In this role, you will play a key role in fostering relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing bespoke wine and whisky solutions tailored to their discerning tastes. With your expertise and passion for luxury, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering unparalleled service to our esteemed clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our client objectives.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, understanding their preferences and aspirations.
• Conduct sales calls engaging clients confidently over the telephone.
• Provide expert guidance on investment-grade wines and whiskies, offering insights into market trends and potential returns.
• Converse with our loyal clients through consultative sales techniques and exceptional service.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders and requests.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills
• Fluency in English is essential; additional fluency in European languages is highly desirable.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in broking or luxury sales, within the private client segment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building enduring relationships with high-net-worth clients.
• Strong phone-based sales experience, with the ability to engage and influence affluent clientele.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
