Description
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Investment Broker to join our London-based sales team. This is a high-performance telesales role focused on selling alternative investments to high-net-worth and sophisticated investors.
You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from generating and qualifying leads to closing high-value deals while building long-term client relationships in the growing alternative investment market.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and engage with qualified leads via telephone
- Present investment opportunities clearly and persuasively
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact to deal closure
- Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Educate clients on the financial market, past performance, and exit strategies
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with market trends in whisky and alternative investments
Requirements
- Proven track record in telesales within alternative investments
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals over the phone
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills
- Confident, articulate, and highly persuasive communication style
- Target-driven mindset with a hunger for high earnings
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary up to £35,000 with uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE of £90,000 – £150,000+
