Description
We’re looking for a high-performing Senior Investment Advisor to join a 15 year old whisky investment company based in London. This is a closing role focused entirely on converting warm, inbound leads into high-value whisky cask investments. If you’re experienced in alternative investments and thrive in a phone-based sales environment, this is a strong opportunity to step into a lucrative, client-facing position.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and closing inbound investor enquiries, guiding clients through the whisky cask investment process, and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals. This is not a cold-calling role – your focus is on conversion, client education, and maximising deal value.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and close inbound leads from qualified prospective investors
- Conduct detailed phone consultations, presenting whisky cask investment opportunities clearly and confidently
- Build trust with clients and guide them through the full investment lifecycle
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity
- Stay informed on market trends within whisky and alternative investments
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven track record in alternative investment sales (e.g., whisky, fine wine, art, property, commodities, or similar)
- Strong experience closing deals over the phone – this is essential
- Demonstrated ability to manage and convert inbound leads into high-value sales
- Confident, articulate communicator with strong objection-handling skills
- Commercially driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals is highly desirable
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment
What’s on Offer
- Competitive base salary £40,000 with uncapped commission structure
- High-quality inbound leads provided—no cold calling
- Opportunity to work in a growing, high-demand investment niche
- Clear progression pathway within the business
- Central London office with a collaborative, high-performance culture
This role suits someone who knows how to close, understands the psychology of investment sales, and wants to capitalize on a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
