Senior Investment Associate

My client is a wealth management company based in Mayfair and Geneva, currently seeking a Senior Investment Associate.

Please note: This position is a business development role, pitching clients the companies fixed income products.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Investment Associate to join our dynamic Investment Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, pitching, and closing investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Deal Sourcing and Execution:

  • Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities.

  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, advisors, and intermediaries to source proprietary deals.

  • Introducing the clients products to prospects.

  • Load clients.

  • Business development position.

• Strategic Initiatives:

  • Contribute to the development of the firm’s overall investment strategy.

  • Identify industry trends and market dynamics that may impact the firm’s investment focus.

  • Support fundraising efforts and investor relations activities as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Knowledge of fixed income products.

• 3 years of experience closing deals over the phone and face to face.

• Business development background.

• Deep understanding of financial markets, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.

• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
