Senior Gold Specialist – Bromley

Location: Bromley, Greater London
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive Retainer + Uncapped Commission

Woodbury Gold Vault is looking for an experienced and driven Senior Gold Specialist to join our growing team in Bromley.

This is a high-performance sales role suited to confident closers with strong experience in sales, lead conversion, and client relationship management. You will be speaking with warm inbound leads as well as qualified prospects, educating clients on physical gold ownership, and guiding them through the full sales process from initial enquiry through to close.

This is not a basic telesales role — we are looking for strong communicators who know how to build trust, handle objections, and consistently close deals.

We also expect candidates to be proactive with their time. In addition to handling inbound enquiries, you will be expected to actively work through our existing client database, re-engage previous leads, and generate opportunities through outbound activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact and manage inbound and qualified leads
  • Proactively work through the existing client database to generate new opportunities
  • Re-engage dormant and historic leads through outbound calls and follow-ups
  • Build rapport and understand client needs
  • Educate clients on physical gold and wealth preservation
  • Present suitable products and packages
  • Open, manage, and close sales opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships and follow-up activity
  • Consistently hit and exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience with a strong closing ability
  • Experience in high-ticket sales preferred
  • Confident speaking over the phone and in person
  • Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, driven, and target-focused
  • Proactive and disciplined with time management
  • Professional and credible communication style
  • Experience in precious metals, finance, investments, or luxury sales is highly desirable
