Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Closer to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing high-value deals, exceeding sales targets, and driving revenue growth. As a Senior Closer, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing. You will leverage your deep understanding of the sales process and exceptional interpersonal skills to secure new business and maintain strong client relationships.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management & Qualification:

    • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through a structured sales process.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Sales Execution:

    • Conduct detailed calls to understand client needs and pain points.
    • Develop tailored sales proposals and presentations that align with client goals.
    • Manage objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
    • Lead contract discussions and oversee the closing process.
    • Inbound leads only
  • Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and strategic advice.
  • Performance & Reporting:

    • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance metrics.
    • Provide market and client feedback to inform product and sales strategy.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the marketing and sales development teams to optimize lead generation.
    • Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

✅ Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a closing or senior sales role, ideally in a high-growth or B2C environment.
✅ Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals.
✅ Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
✅ Deep understanding of sales techniques, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and sales analytics.
✅ Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
✅ High emotional intelligence (EQ) and a client-centric mindset.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
