Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Telesales Executive to join our established sales team in Bromley, specialising in fine wine and rare whisky investments.
This role is suited to a confident closer with a strong telephone sales background who can manage warm and self-generated leads, build long-term client relationships, and consistently exceed revenue targets. You will play a key role in driving sales performance while delivering a professional, consultative client experience.
Key Responsibilities

Close wine and whisky investment opportunities via telephone and virtual consultations

Manage and develop your own portfolio of clients, from initial contact through repeat business

Engage with warm leads and self-generate new opportunities where required

Present tailored investment recommendations based on client objectives and risk appetite

Build long-term relationships with high-net-worth and retail investors

Achieve and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets

Accurately update and manage client information using CRM systems

Work closely with management and junior sales staff to support team performance

Stay informed on market trends, product availability, and pricing within the wine and whisky investment space
Requirements

Proven experience in telesales or phone-based closing roles

Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

Confident, professional, and persuasive telephone manner

Highly organised with strong time management skills

Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment

Experience selling investments, alternative assets, or high-value products is highly desirable

FCA knowledge or compliance awareness is beneficial but not essential
