Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Art Advisor to join our prestigious Central London gallery. This role focuses on engaging inbound leads and guiding clients through high-value art investment purchases over the phone. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in investment or luxury sales, exceptional communication skills, and a deep appreciation for the art market.
As a senior member of the sales team, you will play a key role in developing client relationships, closing significant deals, and contributing to the growth of our investment portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Acquisition

Handle qualified inbound enquiries and convert them into high-value sales.

Conduct professional, consultative sales calls to identify client needs and match them with suitable investment opportunities.

Present artwork, artists, and investment insights with clarity and confidence.

Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Art Investment Advisory

Provide clients with informed advice on artwork value, market trends, and long-term investment potential.

Maintain an expert understanding of the gallery’s investment pieces and wider market activity.

Keep up to date with global art market movements, auction results, and emerging artists.
Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with investors, collectors, and high-net-worth individuals.

Maintain accurate client records, follow-ups, and pipelines using CRM software.

Deliver exceptional post-sale support to foster repeat investment and referrals.
Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in art investment sales, financial sales, or high-value phone-based selling.

Strong understanding of contemporary art, art history, and market valuations.

Outstanding communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Demonstrated ability to build rapport with discerning and high-net-worth clients.
