Description
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Broker to join our dynamic sales team. The position is based in Bromley.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium cognac products to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the spirits industry, a strong network within the investment sector, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and achieve sales targets for our cognac products.
- Identify and establish relationships with new clients in the hospitality and retail industries.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and in-person visits.

Product Expertise & Brand Representation:
- Serve as a brand ambassador by educating clients and consumers on the heritage, production process, and tasting notes of our cognac.
- Conduct product training, tastings, and promotional events to drive awareness and sales.

Market Analysis & Strategy:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.

Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and product availability.
- Report sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments to the Sales Manager.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of investment sales. Closing deals over the phone and face to face.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of cognac production, tasting profiles, and market positioning.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
