We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing FX Sales team as a Trainee FX Broker. This is a client-facing role ideal for someone eager to build a career in financial markets, with a particular focus on foreign exchange products and solutions. You’ll receive hands-on training, develop deep market knowledge, and gain exposure to a fast-paced trading floor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn the fundamentals of FX markets, trading strategies, and client relationship management.

  • Support the FX Sales team in developing and maintaining client relationships.

  • Assist with preparing market reports, pitchbooks, and client presentations.

  • Shadow experienced team members to learn effective sales and negotiation techniques.

  • Monitor macroeconomic developments and FX market trends.

  • Help onboard new clients and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

  • Maintain CRM records and help track client activity.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate or final-year student with a strong interest in financial markets (finance, economics, or related field preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a high-pressure environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Bloomberg/Refinitiv experience is a plus.

  • Additional languages are advantageous.
