THE ROLE
Lead a successful team of 6 sales professionals with plans to expand to 12 as we continue our impressive growth trajectory. Based in our modern offices at Liverpool Street in the heart of London’s financial district, you’ll drive sales strategy and team performance to new heights.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Competitive Basic Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
- Outstanding OTE: £160,000+

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed ambitious revenue targets
- Lead growth from a team of 6 to 12 high-performing sales professionals
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and performance
Performance Management
- Set and monitor individual and team targets with accountability measures
- Implement effective training and coaching programs to enhance team capabilities
- Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges
Client Relationship Excellence
- Maintain relationships with premium clients while developing new business
- Oversee complex negotiations and strategic client engagements
- Ensure exceptional service standards across all client interactions
Business Development
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling propositions
- Represent the company at high-profile industry events and networking forums

Experience & Skills
- Proven track record of sales leadership success, preferably in financial services
- Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop and retain top sales talent
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills
- Experience managing a high-performance sales culture
- Understanding of financial products and services (investment experience preferred)
