Description
My client is a Financial Institution seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, exceptional strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team to exceed targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, adjusting strategies as needed.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Provide ongoing training and development to enhance team performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on accountability and continuous improvement.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to drive customer satisfaction.
- Handle high-level negotiations and resolve customer issues effectively.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies.
- Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales/ Floor Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the investment sector.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
