Description

As a Remote Junior Broker, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by engaging with business clients over the phone and online platforms. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting our technology products or services, and passing leads over to the Senior Sales rep. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role ideal for someone with a passion for sales and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective B2B clients to pitch and sell our technology products/services.

  • Follow up on marketing leads and inquiries to qualify prospects and schedule demos or consultations.

  • Identify client needs and tailor product offerings to provide effective solutions.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.

  • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, calls, and conversion metrics.

  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to optimise the sales funnel.

Requirements:

  • Proven telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills over the phone and video calls.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

  • Familiarity with sales CRM systems and digital communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.).

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand new software and tools.

  • Excellent English skills (written and spoken); additional languages a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in selling investment products, IT solutions, cloud platforms, or enterprise software.

  • Previous telesales experience.
