The Role

We’re looking for a driven and personable Recruitment Consultant to join our Bromley-based team. You’ll be working across our creative verticals, building relationships with design studios, sourcing exceptional candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture client relationships within the design and creative industries

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for freelance and permanent roles

• Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination

• Provide consultative advice to clients and candidates alike

• Hit monthly targets while maintaining quality and integrity

• Previous recruitment experience (creative sector experience is a plus)
