Salary: Basic up to £25,000 + OTE up to £60,000 in year one + bonus

Fractional Gallery is looking for fun, passionate, confident people to join our opening team in Clapham. You’ll be on the phone to people who have already asked to hear from us, introducing them to one of the most exciting investment markets in the world. No experience in art needed. Just energy, personality and the drive to earn.
Who we are
Fractional Gallery is a London art investment company making the art market accessible to everyday investors. We represent blue-chip names like Banksy, Warhol and Hockney. We also exclusively manage a roster of emerging artists, including Zane Harlow, the anonymous collective turning heads across the art world.
Our social media reaches millions every week, and we supply artwork to more than 25 galleries. That means a steady flow of warm leads for you to work with.
The role
This is a phone-based opening role and the first step in our sales process. You’ll be:
- Calling inbound enquiries and marketing leads who have requested information
- Cold calling to open new conversations
- Qualifying investors and understanding what they’re looking for
- Sending out our brochure and booking follow-ups for our account managers
- Keeping the CRM up to date and hitting daily call targets
Our proven opening script and full training mean you’ll be confident on the phones from week one.
What we’re looking for
- Fun, outgoing and genuinely passionate people
- Confident on the phone, or keen to become confident fast
- Resilient, driven and motivated by money
- A great listener who can build rapport quickly
- Sales, telesales or customer service experience is a bonus, not a must
