Junior Broker – Work From Home

We are looking for confident, motivated and target-driven Junior Broker to join our growing financial wealth management team.

Your role will be to make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce and promote the company’s financial investment and wealth management products, identify suitable potential investors, and qualify leads before passing them to our Senior Brokers, who will handle the final stages of the sales process.

This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position, ideal for experienced telesales professionals who are comfortable working independently and are motivated by targets and commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Make approximately 100 outbound calls per day to prospective clients.
• Introduce and promote the company’s financial investment products and services.
• Build rapport and establish strong relationships with potential investors.
• Ask relevant questions to understand the prospect’s needs and circumstances.
• Qualify potential investors against agreed criteria.
• Generate high-quality leads and appointments for Senior Brokers.
• Accurately record call outcomes and client information.
• Follow up with prospects where required.
• Consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a professional and confident telephone manner at all times.
• Work independently from home while maintaining productivity and performance.

Requirements

Essential:

• Previous telesales / outbound sales experience.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Target-driven, motivated and commercially minded.
• Able to work independently from home.
• Reliable and self-motivated.
• Own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
• Good organisational and record-keeping skills.

Financial Services Experience

Experience within financial services, investments, pensions, insurance, wealth management or another regulated sales environment would be advantageous, although strong telesales experience will also be considered.
