Description

This is an overseas position based in Dubai, UAE. You must be willing to relocate for this role.

Dreaming of life in Dubai? Picture a dynamic, international city with year-round sunshine, zero income tax, and a lifestyle that blends career opportunity with world-class living. If that excites you, this could be your next move.

About Us

We are a world-leading financial advisory organisation with over 100,000 clients across more than 100 countries and in excess of $14 billion under advice and administration.

We offer genuinely exciting career opportunities for highly driven individuals with a passion to succeed. Our bespoke training programme is designed for ambitious people, including those new to financial services, providing the skills, experience, and internationally recognised qualifications required to progress into a fully qualified Financial Adviser.

During your training and development phase, you will gain exposure to all aspects of Wealth Advisory. Successful candidates will represent and book appointments on behalf of their Wealth Adviser, working with clients based throughout Dubai.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic, exceptionally well-organised, and motivated individual to work directly with our Top Area Manager and Senior Advisers in Dubai.

In return for your drive and commitment, you’ll receive hands-on mentoring, real responsibility, and clear progression opportunities. Consistently high performers will be supported and trained to move into consulting roles themselves, allowing you to build a long-term career in financial services.

This is a fast-paced, varied, and highly rewarding role for someone who thrives on challenge and growth. You’ll work closely with your consultant every day, helping expand the client base, win new business, and share in the team’s success.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by proactively sourcing, qualifying, and engaging high-potential prospects through outbound activity.
  • Identify where target clients are active online and execute smart, data-led outreach using digital platforms, tools, and creative prospecting strategies.
  • Build, expand, and maintain strong referral pipelines while maximising value from existing networks.
  • Design and execute digital marketing and social media campaigns to generate fast, measurable leads.
  • Own the full front-end sales process, including calls, lead tracking, appointment booking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Convert interested prospects into qualified meetings through consistent follow-up and effective relationship management.
  • Support advisers by preparing client documentation and ensuring smooth progression from initial contact to advice delivery.
  • Play a key role in scaling a high-performing team within a global organisation, with performance directly linked to rewards and progression.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Confident communicating via phone, video calls, and face-to-face meetings.
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys networking and relationship-building.
  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or Tele-sales.
  • Highly motivated, adaptable, and driven by opportunity.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to turn ideas into results.
  • Enjoys winning new clients and delivering strong client experiences.
  • Loyal, energetic, quick-thinking, and able to demonstrate integrity.
  • Minimum 1 year of solid sales experience.
