Junior Broker – IPO

We are seeking ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our growing London-based sales team specialising in pre-IPO investment opportunities.

This is an entry-level telesales role with full training provided — no previous financial sales experience is required. You’ll start by contacting and qualifying inbound investor leads, learning the private markets space from the ground up, and developing the skills to build investor relationships and progress into a senior broking role.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and qualify inbound investor leads over the phone
• Book appointments and warm handovers for senior brokers
• Learn to present pre-IPO investment opportunities clearly, professionally, and compliantly
• Build rapport with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors
• Maintain accurate records within the CRM system
• Work towards individual and team targets and KPIs
• Develop knowledge of IPO pipelines, private markets, and alternative investments through ongoing training

Requirements

• No previous experience required — full training provided
• Confident, articulate telephone manner
• Hunger to learn and progress quickly
• Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Any sales, customer service, or telephone-based experience is a bonus but not essential
