Description
We are a leading specialist in rare whisky and fine wine investments and are seeking an ambitious Junior Broker to join our growing London sales team. The ideal candidate will be a confident, target-driven individual looking to build a successful career in brokerage and alternative investments.
You will be the initial point of contact for new clients, introducing high-net-worth individuals to our investment opportunities and supporting the growth of our client base and market presence. You will have a strong work ethic and growth mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
This is a sales role that requires a high level of outbound calls and an expectation of dedication to developing your skills and market knowledge both during and outside of work. Full training is provided, with clear opportunities for progression within the company.
Responsibilities
• Contact prospective clients via outbound and inbound calls
• Introduce rare whisky and fine wine investment opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client needs and present suitable investment solutions
• Build foundational knowledge of the market and regulatory requirements
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and performance KPIs
• Accurately update client records using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
• Work closely with senior brokers and the wider sales team
Skills & Experience
• Sales or telesales experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and telephone skills
• Confident, resilient, and target-driven mindset
• Interest in investments, whisky, wine, or luxury assets
• Strong organisational and time management skills essential
• Self-Motivated and resilient with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Degree or relevant qualification in business or finance preferred but not essential
