Description

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Junior Investment Broker to join our Central London sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in financial sales and alternative investments. You will be responsible for engaging prospective clients over the phone, introducing alternative investment opportunities, and booking qualified appointments for senior closers or progressing sales yourself as you develop.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential investors from qualified data

  • Introduce and explain alternative investment products clearly and confidently

  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients

  • Identify client needs and assess suitability at a high level

  • Book qualified appointments for senior sales consultants

  • Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in the CRM

  • Meet and exceed daily and monthly call and appointment targets

  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Confident telephone manner and resilience

  • Target-driven with a strong work ethic

  • Desire to build a career in sales or financial services

  • Ability to handle objections professionally

  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM systems

  • No prior investment sales experience required (full training provided)

Desirable (But Not Essential)

  • Previous telesales, call centre, or customer-facing experience

  • Interest in finance, investments, or wealth management

  • Degree or relevant qualification in business, finance, or economics
