Description
We are seeking a driven and confident Junior Broker to join our sales team in Bromley. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to break into the world of sales and develop their communication and persuasion skills. You will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or databases.

Promote and explain the company’s products/services clearly and persuasively.

Listen to customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.

Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent call schedule.

Record customer information and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.

Collaborate with senior sales reps and managers for training and support.
Requirements
