Junior Broker

We are looking for a motivated and confident Junior Broker to join our growing sales team based near Liverpool Street, London. This role is ideal for someone with telesales experience who enjoys speaking with clients, building rapport, and generating opportunities for a high-performing sales team.

You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments or passing qualified opportunities to senior brokers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a long-term career within financial sales and brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm and prospective leads via telephone
• Qualify potential clients and assess suitability for the sales team
• Build rapport and maintain professional client relationships
• Introduce the company’s products and services confidently
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system
• Work closely with senior brokers to generate quality opportunities
• Meet daily and weekly call and qualification targets
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication

Requirements

• Previous telesales experience is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Target-driven and motivated by commission earnings
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Organised with strong attention to detail
• Financial services or brokerage experience is advantageous but not essential
