Your Role:
As a Senior Broker, you will play a pivotal role in connecting investors with top-tier private equity opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

Engaging high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors to present and close on leading private equity deals.

Managing a pipeline of warm, pre-qualified leads, building long-term client relationships.

Consistently exceeding ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive setting.

Collaborating with senior leadership to refine and execute inbound marketing strategies.

Travelling to global offices for training, networking, and personal development.
What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of successful sales experience in financial services (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or BPO).

Strong knowledge of capital markets, investment strategies, and deal structuring.

Proven track record of deal closure and relationship-building with high-value clients.
