Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Investment Broker to join our growing sales team based in Bromley. This is a high-performance telesales role focused on converting qualified investor leads and closing investment opportunities over the phone.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of generating revenue through telephone-based sales within the alternative investment sector and will be confident presenting investment opportunities, handling objections, and closing deals with high-net-worth and sophisticated investors.
This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and has demonstrated success selling alternative investment products directly to investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective investors via telephone and present the company’s investment opportunities.
- Build rapport with potential clients and establish trust through professional and consultative sales techniques.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to investment completion.
- Effectively qualify investors and identify suitable investment opportunities based on client objectives.
- Deliver compelling investment presentations and articulate key benefits and risks clearly.
- Handle objections professionally and confidently close investment transactions over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity within the CRM system.
- Follow all internal compliance procedures and industry regulations.
- Work closely with management to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions, investment products, and competitor offerings.
- Provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts.
Essential Requirements
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a telephone-based investment sales role.
- Proven experience closing deals within the alternative investment sector.
- Demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing high-value investment transactions.
- Strong understanding of investor profiling and suitability assessments.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Package
Competitive basic salary up to £30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission structure
