Description
Suisse Capital Group is seeking driven, articulate, and reliable Sales Representatives to join our remote appointment-setting team. As a key part of our lead engagement process, your primary responsibility will be to qualify pre-vetted investor leads and book appointments for our Investor Relations team. You will not be required to close deals – your sole focus will be on making initial contact, qualifying the prospect, and scheduling a follow-up call.
This is an ideal role for candidates who are confident on the phone, have experience in outbound sales or lead generation, and are looking for a work-from-home opportunity with a performance-driven structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads who have recently submitted their portfolio assessment information or engaged with our investor research campaigns.
- Introduce Suisse Capital Group’s investment offerings in a professional, compliant manner.
- Qualify investor interest and suitability through a structured set of questions.
- Schedule follow-up calls for our internal Investor Relations team.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups via CRM.
- Adhere to compliance and confidentiality standards at all times.
Compensation Structure
Month 1 (Probation Period):
- Commission-only:
- 5% of onboarding fees from investors successfully closed following your booked call.
- Example: For a £8,000 onboarding fee, commission = £400
Post-Probation (From Month 2):
- Base Salary: £1,050 per month
- Commission: 5% of onboarding fees from successfully closed investors you booked
- Commission Payout: Paid bi-monthly (15th and last working day)
(OTE) for high-performing sales representatives typically range between £8,000 – £12,000 per month, excluding base salary.
