Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Art Sales Consultant to join our London-based gallery. This is a high-performance, telephone-based sales role focused on promoting and selling art as an investment to a portfolio of clients.

You will be engaging with both new and existing collectors, presenting investment opportunities, and confidently closing deals over the phone. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong sales background who are comfortable working in a target-driven environment and have a passion for art and alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact prospective and existing clients to present art investment opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong client portfolio through consistent relationship management
  • Confidently pitch artwork and investment strategies over the phone
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activity
  • Stay informed about market trends, artists, and investment insights
  • Collaborate with the gallery team to align on sales strategies and inventory

Requirements

  • Proven track record in closing sales over the phone (essential)
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in sales (art, luxury goods, financial products, or similar preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven mindset
  • Interest in art, investments, or financial markets is highly desirable
