During the training and development phase, you will experience all aspects of Wealth Advisory. Successful candidates will be representing and booking appointments on behalf of their Wealth Adviser, with clients based throughout NZ. THE POSITION

We need an energetic, exceptionally well-organised person to work directly with our top Area Managers and Senior Advisers in Auckland. In exchange for your skills, drive, and commitment, you’ll be mentored and stretched, plus if you’re consistently successful in your role, you’ll have the option to be supported and trained to move into consulting yourself, expanding your career in financial services.

This is a fantastic role for someone with energy and street smarts, it’s as diverse and challenging as it is rewarding. You’ll be working closely with your consultant every day, growing the number of clients your team looks after, winning new ones and sharing in their success.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You’ll support your consultant in bringing in new business by finding and contacting potential clients. Using our ideas and your own, you’ll use online resources to identify where the clients are and bring the skills to do this.
  • You’ll set up digital marketing campaigns, work existing social media and set up new channels, and consistently identify ways to bring new business to our firm with low cost and fast results.
  • You’ll support your consultant as they deliver advice to clients, preparing documentation, and managing follow up of the process.
  • The company has administration, compliance, and support services in place. You’ll optimise them, and bring a fresh approach to client acquisition, process management and client ongoing support in the digital world.
  • Your efforts will lead us to become a top performing team in the global organisation and you’ll be rewarded accordingly.
  • Once you’ve brought new potential clients into our community, you’ll take care of the essentials, booking meetings, following up and managing an extensive on boarding process.
