Junior Broker

We are looking for confident, ambitious and motivated Junior Broker to join our growing team based in London Bridge.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships and working in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

You will be responsible for contacting prospective clients, introducing our services, identifying potential opportunities and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

Previous telesales experience is preferred, although we welcome applications from enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Introduce and explain the company’s services in a professional and engaging manner.
Identify potential clients and generate qualified sales opportunities.
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospective customers.
Arrange qualified appointments and introductions for senior sales representatives.
Follow up with prospective clients to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations and client information.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling or a similar sales role is preferred.
Confident, professional and persuasive telephone manner.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ambitious, self-motivated and financially driven.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Resilient, enthusiastic and able to handle objections confidently.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
