What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of inbound leads — from initial contact to close

  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key enterprise clients

  • Develop and implement account growth plans to expand revenue

  • Support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices

  • Lead quarterly business reviews and track key client success metrics

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of client management or B2C sales experience

  • Proven track record of growing enterprise accounts and exceeding targets

  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation skills

  • Ability to manage and influence complex stakeholder networks

  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
