Our client is a leading boutique investment house based in Mayfair, specialising in alternative investments including private equity, real assets, and collectables. The firm partners with institutional investors, family offices, and UHNWIs to deliver differentiated investment opportunities across global markets.
Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Senior Investment Associate to join our client’s capital raising and distribution team. This is a front-office role focused on originating, developing, and managing relationships with sophisticated investors.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively originate and cultivate relationships with inbound enquires.

Present and articulate alternative investment opportunities to potential investors.

Work closely with portfolio managers and product specialists to develop tailored pitches and marketing materials.

Manage the full sales cycle — from initial outreach and due diligence coordination to closing investments.

Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and investor roundtables to enhance brand presence in the alternative investment space.
Requirements

2 years’ experience in investment sales, placement, or capital raising — ideally within alternatives.

Strong existing network of HNWI, family office, or institutional investors.

Proven track record in fundraising or distribution of complex investment products.

Deep understanding of alternative asset classes, fund structures, and investor needs.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial instinct and polished presentation skills.
