Description
Sales Gurus have been recognised as one of the fastest growing multiple sector Sales Recruitment firms in London. Our client is currently seeking a Senior Broker to join their team in Central London.
Key Responsibilities
- 
Manage and coordinate all phases of the closing process for investment transactions 
- 
Close new business over the phone and face to face. 
- 
Liaise with legal counsel, internal teams, escrow agents, and fund administrators to facilitate closings 
- 
Manage a team of junior sales brokers. 
- 
Load current client book. 
- 
Assist with investor communications pre- and post-close 
What We’re Looking For
- 
2 years of experience in investment closing (property, private equity, or alternative investment is preferred) 
- 
Strong understanding of investments. 
- 
Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills 
- 
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities 
- 
Comfortable working under deadlines in a fast-paced deal environment 
- 
The ability to close deals.
