TheProximity Group was originally established in mid-2020 as Proximity Healthcare Ltd.
The Covid-19 pandemic created a significant need for healthcare workers across the UK. With widespread labour shortages, exacerbated by Brexit, our founders saw an opportunity to join the fight against the pandemic by helping private health facilities source suitable carers and nurses.
The company quickly established a presence in the marketplace. Our initial focus was to service the needs of smaller, independent care facilities. Our reach and agility were a clear asset to these types of clients.
The company gained significant momentum during 2022. Our presence in the marketplace expanded as our book of clients grew substantially with candidates to match.
