In this role, you will be the initial point of contact for new clients, representing our brand and guiding them in building their investment portfolios with us. Your responsibilities will include establishing rapport with new customers, capturing their interest, and helping to lay the foundation for our business’s growth. Your efforts will drive new business and expand our client base.
The Job: We are seeking a junior broker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for whisky and wine, excellent interpersonal skills, and a drive to exceed sales targets. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our whisky range, and expanding our market presence.
Responsibilities: · Introduce whisky and wine investments to high-net-worth individuals · Run daily sales calls with current and potential investors · Present the company’s products to potential clients · Understand advertising and marketing campaigns · Represent the business as its public face · Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management. · Use Salesforce or similar CRM tools to monitor client interactions and manage leads efficiently

Confidence in closing deals and securing new business with the right leads is crucial. Experience:
· Previous sales experience, ideally in the alcoholic beverages industry · Strong passion for whisky and/or wine, with knowledge of its history, production, and varieties · Background in business development · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills · Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets · Ability to work both independently and as part of a team · Strong organisational and time management abilities · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Degree or equivalent qualification · WSET qualification is a plus
Benefits: · Salary of £18,000 – £24,000 · £100,000 – £200,000 OTE ·
