Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven ability to drive sales. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice to ensure their needs and goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Provide professional guidance and advice on the buying, selling, or renting process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and relevant regulations.
Conduct comparative market analyses to evaluate property values.
Property Listings:
Source and list properties for sale or rent through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
Prepare detailed descriptions of properties, including photos and key features, for promotional materials.
Property Viewings:
Negotiation:
Documentation and Compliance:
Assist clients with property-related paperwork, including agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.
Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
Sales Targets:
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and administration, to ensure smooth property transactions.
Collaborate with other real estate agents and brokers to expand the client network.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.
Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
