Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for real estate, and a proven ability to drive sales. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert advice to ensure their needs and goals are met.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Engagement:

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

    • Provide professional guidance and advice on the buying, selling, or renting process.

  2. Market Research:

    • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and relevant regulations.

    • Conduct comparative market analyses to evaluate property values.

  3. Property Listings:

    • Source and list properties for sale or rent through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.

    • Prepare detailed descriptions of properties, including photos and key features, for promotional materials.

  4. Property Viewings:

    • Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.

    • Provide detailed explanations of property features and answer client questions.

  5. Negotiation:

    • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.

    • Ensure all parties reach mutually satisfactory agreements.

  6. Documentation and Compliance:

    • Assist clients with property-related paperwork, including agreements, contracts, and legal documentation.

    • Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.

  7. Sales Targets:

    • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

    • Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.

  8. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing and administration, to ensure smooth property transactions.

    • Collaborate with other real estate agents and brokers to expand the client network.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales.

  • Strong knowledge of the local property market and current trends.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • High level of professionalism and a customer-centric attitude.

  • Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid real estate license (if required by local regulations).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
