Job Description:

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Loader to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate is a skilled negotiator with a proven ability to finalise deals, drive revenue, and maintain lasting client relationships.

As a Senior Loader, you will manage the company book of clients and load them into new products


Key Responsibilities:

  • Load:

    • Take ownership of clients and load them into new products.
    • Negotiate terms and agreements to meet client needs while achieving company goals.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring trust and confidence throughout the sales process.
    • Address client concerns and objections effectively, providing tailored solutions to secure commitments.
  • Sales Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and execute closing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
    • Provide feedback on pipeline trends and opportunities to optimize the sales process.
  • Mentorship and Leadership:

    • Mentor and guide junior sales representatives, sharing best practices for negotiation and closing techniques.
    • Lead by example, setting the standard for professionalism, performance, and customer focus.


Experience:

  • Proven track record of success in loading clients.
  • Proven experience in a closing role, preferably in the alternative sector.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stakes deals with confidence and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset.
