My client is a leading provider of premium whisky cask investments, offering clients a unique opportunity to own a piece of Scotland’s rich heritage. Role Overview

They seek a highly motivated and knowledgeable Whisky Cask Sales Advisor to join there dynamic team. This role focuses on providing expert advice to prospective clients, building lasting relationships, and driving sales growth in a niche and exciting market. As an ambassador of the whisky industry, you will help clients navigate the investment process, understand market trends, and appreciate the intrinsic value of cask ownership.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Consultation:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their goals and offer tailored advice on whisky cask investments.
    • Conduct detailed consultations to explain the benefits, processes, and potential returns of whisky cask ownership.
  • Sales & Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring trust and long-term engagement.
    • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
  • Market Expertise:

    • Stay informed about whisky industry trends, market fluctuations, and emerging opportunities to provide clients with up-to-date insights.
    • Develop an in-depth understanding of our cask inventory, distilleries, and the whisky maturation process.
  • Presentation & Reporting:

    • Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for clients.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity using CRM systems.


Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in luxury goods, investment services, or the whisky industry.
  • Passion for whisky and a strong understanding of the whisky production and aging process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude toward achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, tastings, and industry events.
