Job Description:

Growth Investments introduce researched investment opportunities to clients, offering them an opportunity to diversify their portfolios.

Over the past 7 years, our introductions have offered returns that significantly outperform the general markets, and we continue to strive to add value to our client’s investment experience.

We are currently working with an Art company that is currently seeking a Floor Manager to join their office in London.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide sales staff.
  • Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service by promptly addressing concerns and resolving issues with clients.
  • Operations Management: Oversee floor operations, ensuring the team are hitting targets.
  • Staff Training: Train, coach, and mentor employees to improve performance and maintain high service standards.
  • Sales Performance: Support sales initiatives by setting team goals, monitoring progress, and motivating staff to achieve targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Address operational challenges in real-time, providing practical solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Reporting: Provide daily/weekly reports to management on team performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Proven experience in a Manager role or Senior Broker position.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Knowledge of alternative investments
  • Ability to manage and train junior brokers.
  • Close own business
