My client is a wealth management firm that is currently recruiting a Junior Investment Associate/Broker to join its investment team within our investor relations department.

Background:

You will be working from their sales office based in Mayfair, London, where you will support and add to an existing successful direct sales team in a growing and exciting market.  The company focus on fixed-income products.

Junior Broker Job Responsibilities:

• Contacting and qualifying prospective clients, booking meetings for Senior Brokers
• Achieving and Exceeding KPIs and Sales Targets
• Collaborating with the Senior Brokers to implement specific strategies and target specific demographics
• Researching target markets and industry trends and sourcing new leads and opportunities
• Building relationships and rapport with prospective HMWI and UHNWI
• Effectively using company CRM to ensure all admin and notes are kept entirely up to date
• Ongoing training to develop sales skills and knowledge of financial markets and the range of products available 

Qualities:

• Minimum 1-year sales experience
• Knowledge and interest in the global financial markets
• Money Motivated
• Experience dealing with objections
• Extremely hard working
• Enthusiastic and excels working in a high-performance culture
• Strong communication skills - articulate and demonstrates an excellent telephone manner
• Competitive
• Well mannered

 KPIs:

• 150 calls minimum per day.
• Call time of at least 1h 30 minutes a day.
• Weekly target to book a minimum of 15 meetings /3 per-day.

 Package

• Agreement will be based on consultancy via a service company.
• £2,000 per month basic salary
• 10% of the net commission made by the Senior Broker they are paired with
