Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Private Client Associate to join our Private Client Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized service to our high-net-worth clients, supporting the team in managing client relationships, and ensuring that client needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Act as the first point of contact for private clients, providing exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Assist in onboarding new clients, including gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Respond to client inquiries promptly, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Account Management:

    • Manage and monitor client accounts, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions.
    • Prepare and review client reports, including portfolio performance, account statements, and transaction summaries.
    • Assist in the execution of investment strategies and ensure that all client activities comply with the firm’s policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Administrative Support:

    • Provide administrative support to the Private Client Manager and team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence.
    • Maintain and update client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other client-facing materials.
  • Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct research on market trends, investment opportunities, and client portfolios.
    • Support the team in analyzing client portfolios and providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in private client services.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure all client interactions and transactions adhere to the firm’s compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in the identification and mitigation of risks associated with client accounts.
    • Participate in regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 1 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
    • Experience working with high-net-worth clients is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
